onli can say NS is good for skin but bad for health....... skin is improving but i m getting bad health...... i have taking 4 day MC in jus 3 week of NS.... while last time i one year onli take 2-4 day MC........ the knee damn damn pain....... but the stupid doc there say nth wrong..... omg.... i tink i have to go see outside doc.... the doc inside is quite useless....... zzzz..... and jus hope the hearing prob thing make mi skip the BMT...... i tink i wun be able to handle the presure.... goin to crazy liao....
