asking one of my fren who got go for the ptp.... the ptp must pass the ippt den can come out.... omg.... the nafa... nooooooooooo..... although shuttle run, sit up, sit and reach is no problem..... but there is pull up, 2.4 , board jump and the one thing i scare......... SWIMMING..... omg..... i dun think i can seriously pass this 4 station in 4 week.... at least no all..... haha.... omg........... ahhhhhhhhhh....... scary..........

Mr tong... he is the 1st teacher which can inspired mi to study hard and get A.... i tink it is a record for mi getting A in the 4 sem in higher nitec... i nv get so many A be4 tat..... i also get to noe alot of frens.... afew i m close to... they noe who they are...... haha.... so dun need to say.......... i tink becos i m the same type as them... haha.... but i m at a higher lvl of craziness and lameness..... lol........... hahaha..... 14 more day to my NS.... i will update everyday till the NS day Eve... lol.......... i dun tink tat fairness is a word in my dictionary.... ppl onli talk about fairness when fairness is taking place on them... it was nt as if they will complain about unfairness when they are winning... onli sometime some people with good sportmanship will complain about tat...
Impossible is another nt in my dictionary.... cos nth is impossible it is onli about the determination to do it.... if u got no determination even the simplest thing wun b impossible... but u got tons of determination even the hardest thing u will be able to acheive.....

Arsenal is so near to winning the cup..... Den suddenly a goal with a possibly of offside is scored.... then the game started to go against arsenal.... den the inevitable come.... the 2nd goal was score...... den after the goal arsenal jus cant get hold of the ball...... overall i have no question about arsenal passion for winning... and the match becre is a worthly winner.... but overall the match was dominated by the decision make by the ref.... how is it possible for 2 same challange to have different outcome..... and the red card incident about lenmans... from the footballing rule is a straight red card.... but this is a final... y dun let the goal by giuly count and jus carry on with the game.... and wat more the ball to eto'o mayb offside anyway... but the tv replay nv show us the true pic..... the 1st goal by arsenal is also caused by poor refreeing... the free kick mayb a dive by eboure.... although as a arsenal fan i wun b grate tat the ref give a free kick... but as a footballing fans it is getting veri fed out seeing the poor refing in the game.... how did it happen tat oleguer make 4 challenge from behind with the 4th challenge resulting in his onli yellow card in the match... when henry make his 1st challenge and getting the ball result in the yellow card.... the 1st goal by becre... if lasson nv touch the ball it wun be offside by eto'o cause he is still running when the ball is 1st pass.... but lasson touches the ball and eto'o is in front of the balll... how is it nt a offside... mayb onli the ref noes... the 2nd goal i have no complaint... onli tat it is the tired legs of arsenal player cause the goal cause no one closes down lasson and betteti.... i agrees with most of wat henry say in the interview after match and i tink all will agree... the ref is having a veri veri poor match yest... it was more den poor.... it was almost the worse refing in the whole world..... zzzzz.... too bad arsenal cant win...... mayb it is becos of they nt taking the chances.... mayb the sending off of lensman is taking it effect on the player in the later part of the game.... mayb mayb mayb..... but no excuse for losing.... arsenal is nt like chelsea..... we wun find anymore excuse for losing in the match.......... we wun send some bullet threatenin the ref over the sending off lensman.... wenger wun say the ref was in the becre dressing room before the match... or watever..... let hope tat henry wun leave arsenal in time like tis... when they acheive greatness in near future..... i still think he owns wenger too much.... he cant repay wat wenger did to him.... from a sub in juve team to a superstars in his own right..... there is too much to repay to wenger..... lets hope he wun be another anelke.... hope he wun be like bergkamp and stay for the rest of his career.... it is sad tat bergkamp is unable to take part in the game.... it wun be a good end to his career taking part in the biggest event in club football..
wat the use of having NS?? when nowaday warfare is about who have the most powerful weapon.... it was nt like the napoleon time when u can outflank yr enemy... or vietnam war when the gurilla warfare is still useful... nowaday the weapons can just blast through anyplace u are hiding... which make gurilla warfare useless..... n with the super speed vehicle.... u cant even outnumber the flank for 1 hours... there will b reinforcement within a few hours..... so wat is there to learn about warfare tactics in NS ?? i tink the best way to defend the country is to train more dipolmat... they can talk their way out of the war...
